Additional Calling Features
Call Waiting | Alerts you to another party calling you while you are on the phone. This allows you to pause your current call and receive another call. After completing that call you can return to the original call. This eliminates a missed call. |
Call Forwarding | Automatically forward calls to any number *72 to activate / *73 to deactivate |
Auto Redial | Rechecks a busy number for availability *69 to activate / *89 to deactivate before completion |
Call Return | Calls back the last incoming number that called *66 to activate / *86 to deactivate. |
Selective Call Forwarding | Forwards calls from up to ten selected numbers to any number you choose and allows all other to ring through. Dial *60 to activate / Follow voice instructions |
Remote Access to Call Forwarding | Remotely direct incoming calls to another number: § Big Spring: Dial 714-7272 § Stanton: Dial 607-7272 1. At the prompt dial number you wish to forward. 2. You will be prompted to enter your PIN. 3. You will be prompted for a feature code: Dial *72 4. Dial the number to which you wish to have your calls forwarded. 5. The phone to which you are forwarding will begin to ring. 6. When the receiving number is answered, call forwarding is enabled. 7. If the call forwarded number is busy or there is no answer, repeat these steps. 8. Repeat the above steps and dial *73 at the feature code prompt to disable. |
