Can I use my own router?

Yes, you can use your own router. In order for your router to work, you will need to call in to the office, (432) 756-3393, to have it authenticated. After hours, press "2" for technical support to have a ticket created. If you have requested a new install, and have your Wi-Fi router at the time our technician is at your premises, they can authenticate the new router on-site.
